Using PetCare
PetCare is provided by CULTURE CREATIVES MEDIA (PTY) LTD. By using the app, you agree to these terms and confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to share the pet and household information you upload.
Accounts and shared care
You are responsible for access to your email account and for activity under your PetCare account. Invite only people you trust. Pet owners control pet-specific access and remain responsible for deciding who may view or update care information.
PetCare Plus
The free plan includes one pet. PetCare Plus provides additional pets, shared care invitations, Live Pet Check and other premium features. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in Apple Account settings. Prices and trial eligibility are shown before purchase and may vary by region.
Professionals and marketplace
Professional listings, availability and services are supplied by independent providers. PetCare is a discovery, communication and organisation platform; it does not employ, endorse or guarantee a listed provider. Owners and providers are responsible for confirming scope, qualifications, pricing, safety and any required licences or insurance. PetCare does not collect, hold or transfer payment for professional services. Owners pay providers directly using a method agreed between them, and they handle cancellations, refunds and payment disputes directly.
Not veterinary advice
PetCare reminders, records and content do not diagnose or treat an animal and are not a substitute for a veterinarian. Live Pet Check may follow a live camera view, describe visible signs and suggest an urgency level, but its output can be incomplete or wrong and must not be treated as a diagnosis, treatment plan or reason to delay care. Seek urgent professional care when an animal may be ill or injured.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its security, upload unlawful or harmful content, impersonate another person, scrape marketplace data or use PetCare to harm an animal or person. We may limit or terminate access for abuse or legal compliance.
Availability and liability
We work to keep PetCare reliable but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that reminders will always arrive. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PetCare is provided without warranties and our liability is limited to losses that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Ending use and changes
You may delete your account in the app. We may update features or these terms as PetCare evolves. Material changes will be communicated where required. South African law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
